I have talked to a friend about having a credit card. I know that in the United States, people are required to have credit cards from whatever social norm you are in, to determine what kind of a person are you. But in most countries, only people who have jobs can have a credit card and only people who can afford to use it can. My friend applied for a credit card in one of the biggest credit card company and she was happy she got in. She was just interviewed about some stuff and didn’t even pass any requirements before she got it.
She was one lucky girl because the customer service she was talking to wants to have more customers in hand. That’s how the business in credit cards in my country is all about. She wanted to have a credit card because she wants to get the free stuff that they are offering which is an expensive watch just for her to use a certain amount. This is my advice, credit cards are good if you know that you can pay for them when the billing statement come by your house or office. But if you can’t and you realize that you never can, ever, don’t have on even if they offer you free stuff like a Nike Shoes, don’t be tempted. Be contented!
